CD Sleeves
CD Sleeves are printed on 350gm Silk Art Card. We offer two
standard types of CD sleeves – Open End (top image)
and Encased (bottom image). They can also be gloss or matt
laminated on the outside.
Bag Headers
Printed on 350gm Silk Art Card. We present the two most requested
sizes. There are of course as many sizes of bag headers as
there are bags! Please ask for a quote for your specific requirements.
Printed on one side
Swing Tickets
This product is also printed on 350gm Silk Art Card. Whatever
your garment, whatever your requirement we can print a swing
ticket to suit. We offer a couple of standard sizes to whet
your appetite, but your choices are limited only by your imagination!

Boxes and Cartons
Boxes are made from 350gm Silk Art card printed on one or
both sides in spot colours or full colour. They can be laminated
if required. For box types B5 and B6 we can also spot UV varnish
any part of the box, please ask for details.
Boxes are supplied flat but glued and are ready to fill with
product and seal. Fluted liners are an optional extra for
added stiffness of larger boxes.
We feature the six most popular box sizes. However, we are
able to produce virtually any shape and size of box or sleeve
up to a maximum size of 700mm x 1000mm when opened up flat.
Please contact us with the specification of your particular
box requirements.
Labels
Our labels are white gloss finish, self adhesive. They are
cut to size, square cornered with split backing sheets for
easy removal. The adhesive is permanent. Labels can be supplied
any size (minimum 40mm in each direction). We can print labels
in one, two or full colour. Please note they are not waterproof.
Labels are 90gm including 40gm backing sheet.
We are able to cut any shape of printed label. Please supply
details of the shape required and we will quote you on the
cost of the cutting forme. The minimum size of label sheet
required to fit our cutting machine is 250mm x 250mm. Any
multiple of your shaped label(s) can be cut out of this sheet.

Scratch Cards
Scratch Cards are a proven revenue booster, that’s why
so many national companies – Sainsbury, Fina, Shell,
McDonalds etc run Scratch Card campaigns. The problem is that
the cost of producing the cards for a smaller scale promotion
is usually prohibitive.With our Scratch Card system this is
no longer the case.
Datacards
We have two different grades of Datacard. Both are credit
card size (85mm x 55mm) with 3mm rounded corners. All our
cards are printed in full colour both sides.
Our economy cards are printed on 350gm Silk Art Card which
is sealer varnished on both sides. These can also be specified
Gloss or Matt Laminated on one side (or both sides for quantities
over 10,000).
Our standard cards are laminate construction of rigid plastic
on a card core. They have high Gloss finish on both sides.
They have an overall thickness of approximately 0.5mm.
Cards can be supplied without additional finishing as round
cornered business cards.
Finishing available includes the addition of Variable Data – numbers, barcodes etc – which is Ink Jet printed
in Black, Magnetic Stripe, Signature Strip and Holographic
Scratch off strip.
Our prices are for the application of all of these finishes
to one side of the card. We can also apply different elements
to each side of the card (e.g. Signature Strip on one side,
variable data on the reverse) for an extra charge.
Slappers
Despite their rather dubious name, Slappers are an innovative
new product. In their ‘rest state’ they are straight,
but when they are ‘slapped’ the spring steel core
wraps around to form a band. On removal the slapper is simply
unwound and clicks back to a straight state.
The paper cover which is bonded to the steel can be printed
in one, two or full colour. Slappers are exceptionally durable
and difficult to lose. They are also many times re-useable.
They were originally designed as admission tickets for venues
where clients wished to leave and return to the event without
the hassle of finding their ticket. However the range of applications
is wide and varied. Where will you ‘slap’ yours!
Card Badges
Our shaped card badges are cut from 1.25mm board, supplied
faced on both sides. Our price includes cutting cards to any
of the standard shapes shown or we can cut any special shape
for just the extra cost of a forme (Special shape one off
forme normally £40.00 unless the shape is exceptionally
complex). Badges can be Hot Foiled on one or both sides with
a choice of coloured or holographic foils. They are supplied
ready stringed.
