Brochure
Design
For a successful brochure design, everything
must work together to support the marketing position and
message. The content should be persuasive and the brochure
design compelling. When creating your brochure design, choose
an objective then outline the points you want to make. Keep
your audience in mind and try to anticipate their questions.
In addition, using subheadings, pictures and other graphic
elements will make your points clearer and more visible. Below
are some tips when designing your brochure:
Front
Cover
Keep the front cover of the brochure design simple. The
purpose of the brochure is to motivate the reader to pick
it up and open it.
Include
your corporate logo and company name in your brochure design.
Also include a brief tag line or slogan on the front cover
of the brochure design, use images of people using the product
you are selling on the front cover.
Inside
Front Cover
Include a 3-4 paragraph corporate biography conveying to
your audience your abilities and expertise. Including this
in your brochure design will give you the edge on the competition.
Use
the second paragraph of your brochure design to highlight
your credentials and accomplishments. You could add endorsements
and testimonials here. It is estimated that 95% of all people
tend to do what their peers do.
The
last paragraph of your brochure design could list professional
affiliations, human interest items about the company or
its officers and any other pertinent information you may
want to add.
The
Back Cover
Include all contact info, phone, address, fax, e-mail, etc.
